Burke County Government (The County) is seeking an inclusive wellness vendor to administer health risk assessments, biometric screenings, and lifestyle health coaching to all employees covered under the County's medical plan. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to:

Proposals submitted after closing time will not be considered. No exceptions will be made. All questions regarding the RFP shall be directed to Ebony Marbury Adejube. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. EST on February 23, 2024. All questions and responses will be compiled and submitted to all respondents electronically. Final Proposal Due Date: 5:00pm March 6, 2024. Failure to comply with any section of the RFP may result in rejection of the proposal as non-responsive.
