Georgia College and State University (hereafter "GCSU" or "Georgia College"), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor Services for certain small construction projects at Georgia College. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. A contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of ¿as needed¿ construction orders named ¿Task Orders.¿ Each Task Order consists of a Task Order Agreement, with attachments, together with the Master Task Order Contract. The maximum of Task Order Agreements issued, including Change Orders, shall not exceed $2,500,000.00 for this contract.
