1.1        SEALED BIDS

Sealed bids for construction of Metter Miscellaneous Improvements (2022 Metter LMIG) will be received until June 22nd, 2023, 2 PM at the City of Metter Public Works at 700 Washington Street, Metter GA 30439 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Bids may also be mailed to 49 South Rountree Street, P.O. Box 74, Metter, GA 30439. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.

All bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting, which will be held at 10:00 A.M. on June 7, 2023, at Metter Public Works Facility, located at 700 Washington Street Metter, Georgia. Project scheduling, coordination requirements, minority participation, and questions of interpretation will be addressed at this time.
