Contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, implements, equipment, material, and supplies
needed to complete the contracted work and to properly dispose of all materials generated in the
course of the work. Chipper trucks will be considered standard equipment and should be included in
all pricing as standard equipment. The Contractor will be taking direction from the Director of the
Public Works Department for the City of Sandy Springs or his designee.
