The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (¿SCCPSS¿) would like to take this opportunity to announce that it is issuing this Request for Qualifications (¿RFQ¿) C24-09 for ¿As Needed¿ Geotechnical, Special Inspection, and Materials Testing Services. Through this process, SCCPSS will prequalify ¿responsive¿ and ¿responsible¿ professional organizations to perform geotechnical, special inspection, and material testing services for SCCPSS facilities projects. The District may negotiate with any of the successfully prequalified Offerors for future SCCPSS projects in its discretion on an ¿as needed¿ basis. No successfully prequalified Offeror is guaranteed the future award of a project.

Enclosed is a Request for Qualifications (¿RFQ¿) packet, which provides instructions for the request for qualifications (¿RFQ¿) process for prospective offerors to perform geotechnical, special inspection, and material testing services for SCCPSS facilities projects. All Qualifications Statements in response to the RFQ should be submitted electronically through e-Builder, an online procurement platform that is made available at no cost to all potential bidders at the following web address:

The deadline for the submission of Qualifications Statements shall be 11:00 A.M. (E.T.) on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
