Description
03/06/2024: GT Planning, Design & Construction unit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1 RFQ) from Firms interested in providing Construction Management-At Risk Services for a project known as ¿Smith & Howell Residence Halls Renovation¿ (GT Bid-Contract No. 2031-24/BOR Project No. BR-30-2407¿ located at the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, Atlanta, Georgia. Respondents who are determined qualified may be shortlisted for Interview and offer proposals for these services (Step 2 RFP).
