The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for police uniforms, accessories, and miscellaneous items as per the scope of services outlined below for the period February 1, 2024 or award date of document if later, through January 31, 2025 with the option to extend the contract for four successive one-year periods if agreed upon by all parties. The vendor must have a location within 25 miles of Athens Clarke County so employees can get assistance with sizing, questions, customizations, embroidery, order retrieval, special order requests, etc.
