REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
TO PROVIDE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO DESIGN, BUILD, IMPLEMENT, TEST, AND COMMISSION INTO SERVICE A 700/800 MHz P25 TRUNKED SIMULCAST RADIO SYSTEM WITH A PUBLIC SAFETY GRADE BACKHAUL NETWORK
Harris County, Georgia government is accepting sealed written proposals to hire a qualified and experienced company to provide materials and equipment to design, build, implement, test, and commission into service a 700/800 MHz P25 trunked simulcast radio system with a public safety grade backhaul network.
RFP documents can be obtained by emailing Randall Dowling, Harris County Manager, at rdowling@harriscountyga.gov No phone calls will be accepted or returned.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Feb. 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Harris County Administration Building, 104 N. College Street, Hamilton, GA. The deadline to submit a sealed written proposal is until March 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Harris County Administration Building, 104 N. College Street, Hamilton, GA.
Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on response to the technical proposal, company¿s experience, company¿s team experience and qualifications, product and subcontractor working experience, company¿s financial condition, references, and cost.
