The City has determined that it is important to develop a Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) that will guide planning and budgeting toward broader objectives such as higher levels of mobility, safety, mode choice, reduced congestion, higher quality of life, attractive business climate, and other transportation enhancements.
The City is seeking the assistance of a Consultant to develop this Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Plan. Key activities are anticipated to include:
• a stakeholder involvement plan,
• an inventory and analysis of existing conditions,
• review of appropriate plans and studies,
• the completion of studies or generation of reports/analysis, as appropriate, and
• the recommendations and prioritization of current and future actions
