ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed lump sum proposals are requested by Gwinnett County Board of Education from general contractors previously approved through the Owner’s pre-qualification process for construction of ***ARCADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BETHESDA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & MOUNTAIN PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CLASSROOM RENOVATIONS*** Proposals will be received by the ***GWINNETT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, 53 GWINNETT DRIVE, LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA, 30045, BUILDING C CONFERENCE ROOM*** at 3:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2022. at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the above time is called will be returned. Fax transmittals and e-mails of bid form/proposal shall not be accepted by the Owner. No phones will be available.
