The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of The Department of City Planning (DCP) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendor(s) to enter a contract for the procurement of landscape architecture and fence installation services. The project consists of improvements to an existing community garden on a city-owned lot. The Whitehall Community Garden is located at 590 Whitehall Terrace in the Mechanicsville neighborhood of the southwest quadrant of the City of Atlanta. The size is approximately .5 acres within two parcels. The City of Atlanta owns the parcels and leases to a grower to carry out urban farming activities as part of the Aglanta Grown Program.
