Description


Impact Attenuator, Guardrail End Terminals and Replacement parts.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Open Agency Contract to procure Impact Attenuator Units (Compression Crash Cushion), Guardrail End Terminals (QPL 64) and Replacement parts listed herein, on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation, General Office of Maintenance. For more details, refer to the attached documents.

Brand name used only to indicate type and quality required.  Department may accept approved equivalent product.  Product must meet specifications set forth in Standard Specification 641, 648, 859 and any other relevant specification.

This Solicitation is for product only. The Department is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum quantities.

Respondents should note that only firms listed on the Qualified Products List # 64: Impact Attenuators Units (Compression Crash Cushion) and Guardrail End Treatments, contained herein are being sought at this time. This may be accomplished by either being a qualified producer or by supplying a letter from a QPL producer that you are an authorized representative of that producer.

Potential firms interested in providing Qualified Products List (QPL) # 64 and associated components must qualify with the Office of Materials and Testing at 404.608.4885 respectively regarding application and acceptance on the QPL prior to the end date and time of eRFQ. Samples are to be clearly marked as to type (also showing the solicitation number and name). Failing test results may result in the rejection of the bid.
The Department shall reserve the option of making multiple awards to all responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications.

Any documents indicated in this eRFQ must be returned in the system as a part of the response by the supplier. Failure to supply the completed document(s) or submit requested documents will deem the supplier as non-responsive. PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS DO NOT NEGATE THIS REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO S
