Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide UNG - Student Engagement Platform to the University of North Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. This will be a one-year contract with (4) optional renewals.
Supplier agrees to present their solution in Teams upon completion of the initial technical scoring and validation; the State Entity reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to advance the following suppliers for further consideration in the evaluation process:
(1) the three highest-scoring technical proposals, or
(2) those technical proposals in the competitive range.
