Purpose of Procurement
The Georgia Gwinnett College (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Task Order Contractor Services. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors (eRFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This eRFQC will not result in contract award. Instead, this eRFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from the State Entity.  Georgia Gwinnett College (hereafter "GGC" or "Georgia College"), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor and Design-Build services for certain small construction projects at Georgia College. This Request for Qualifications (RFP) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.GGC is responsible for procuring and administering the Task Order Contract(s) for limited services for construction projects in support of GGC.A contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of ¿as needed¿ construction orders named ¿Task Orders.¿ Each Task Order consists of a Task Order Agreement, with attachments, together with the master Task Order Contract. The maximum of Task Order Agreements issued, including Change Orders, shall not exceed the following guidelines for this contract. The intent is to issue a minimum of three separate contracts for Task Order Contracting.Small CM/GC- 2 plus contractors $10k-150k, max of $450k annual Medium CM/GC- 2 plus contractors, $150k- 750k, max of $1 million annual.HVAC- 2 plus contractors, $10k- 500k, max of $750k annuals (excludes service maintenance) Painting- 2 plus contractors, $10k- 100k, max of $250k annual
