Description
The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid to establish an open agency contract for Tri-band Land Mobile Radio Antennas (MobileMark #A55136TBS or approved equal). This for product only, no installation. The open agency contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) - one (1) year optional renewals. The quantities listed are yearly estimates only. No quantity or monetary compensation is guaranteed. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed.
DPS Communications is located at 959 United Ave., Building 29, Atlanta, GA 30316.

Make sure you are registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid.
Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.
No bonds are required for this bid. No Liability insurance is required for this bid.
The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
