Description
As part of the City’s ongoing initiatives to meet the requirements of the Second Amended Consent Decree (SACD), the City has planned the Utoy WRC Influent Pump Station Upgrade project as defined by Project 1D in the attached conceptual report. The proposed improvements consist of the replacement of two existing 4 MGD pumps with two new 7.5 MGD pumps. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method as described in the Agreement.
