Description
RFQ #23-0314-3 Intercom System for CMS Modular Units
The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the four systems required for the CMS Modular Units. You must request the specific system that you will be providing a quote for. Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM on March 14,2023 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST Office, email: bassettt@clarke.k12.ga.us. Subject of email to read: Clarke Middle Modular Units System, RFQ #23-0314-1, 2,3,4 for the specific system you will be providing a quote for the CMS Modular Units.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Quote and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
