The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (“Using Agency” or "GBI"), and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Medical Examiner’s Office, ("GBIME") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Building Commissioning Services for a project known as Project No. GBI-081 Medical Examiner Facility Expansion, at Georgia Bureau of Investigation Medical Examiner’s Office in Decatur, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner’s Request for Proposals (RFP).
