The City of Atlanta is interested in requesting information from nonprofit program administrators with the capability and existing a capacity to immediately support program administration for the new Eviction Diversion Program.

The City seeks to create a memorandum of understanding with a non-profit 501(c)3 organization (“NP”) with existing operations in Atlanta, to serve as administrative and financial partner for the new program. Through this request for information, the NP should demonstrate an ability to be responsible for creating and maintaining applications to enroll program participants, determining applicant eligibility, managing program funds, distributing program funds, and more by working in close collaboration with the City. Examples of these responsibilities include administration of applicants, financial accounting and operations, data management and performance reporting. Based on the responses, the City intends to identify a NP that is able to commit to sustaining the program over an initial 1-year period, with the potential of extending into additional years (at the sole discretion of the City).
