Request for Information
1.1.       Purpose of Procurement
The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our cybersecurity defenses, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) from leading Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). The primary objective of this RFI is to solicit comprehensive information from MSSPs who possess the expertise, resources, and technologies necessary to deliver robust security solutions tailored to the state¿s needs. We seek to gain knowledge of MSSPs' capabilities in threat detection and response, incident management, vulnerability assessment, and overall security operations to ensure proactive and effective protection against evolving cyber threats.

Through this RFI process, we desire to gain a thorough understanding of MSSPs' service offerings, methodologies, and track records in delivering managed security services to organizations of similar scale and complexity to the state. By assessing MSSPs' technical competencies, industry certifications, and adherence to regulatory requirements, we intend to explore potential strategic MSSP partners capable of aligning with our security objectives and providing the necessary support to fortify our cybersecurity posture. This RFI will facilitate and inform the creation of an RFP to select an MSSP that can collaborate closely with us to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical business assets.
