E.        Project Description: Project consists of mechanical unit replacement of all units within the building except for the gymnasium and accessory spaces which were recently replaced. Project also includes acoustical ceiling replacement, painting, fire sprinkler head replacement, electrical work, and associated work related to these items.. Successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. November 13, 2023) and shall complete the Work prior to July 31, 2024. Bidder shall submit with the bid form an estimated material procurement timeline along with an estimated construction timeline.
