Description


The intent of this REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) is to select a qualified consultant team (hereafter referred to as "Consultant¿) to provide professional services to update and design a new Community Park Master Plan for Sterling Creek Park. This community park is envision to be engaging multi-use community recreation space accessible and appealing to Richmond Hill¿s diverse ages, abilities, and interests.

This project will allow the City of Richmond Hill to develop a Master Plan Revitalization that will maximize the use of the land, in hopes of creating an efficient and effective space that improves and creates new passive outdoor recreation opportunities. The City also seeks development phases, with cost estimates, of the plan, so funding sources can be found and utilized to build out Sterling Creek Park over time.

Sealed proposals will be received at City Hall located at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by hand or express delivery; for standard mailed documents send to P.O. Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 4:00 PM., March 12, 2024.The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Request for proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink.

Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:00 A.M., March 6, 2024. No responses will be given to questions received after that time. Questions may be emailed to Nathan Clark, Assistant City Manager, emailed to Manager at nclark@richmondhill-ga.gov.

Any changes to the conditions and specifications must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document approved changes.
