Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Bookstore Management Services to the Clayton State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Clayton State University is seeking a supplier to  manage the main Bookstore (Loch Shop) and a convenience store (Loch¿s Nest) located in Morrow, GA. Clayton State University is part of the University System of Georgia. The scope of service includes, but is not limited to, new and used textbook sales and rentals, electronic texts sales, computers and electronics, a full line of CSU logo merchandise, trade books, convenience items, and snacks & beverages. We are also looking for a vendor who can provide a textbook buy back program and an inclusive access course materials program either ¿by course¿ or all courses for a per-credit hour fee. This will be a single-vendor award.
