Project Scope: Porter Road, and Magnolia Road and Fair Ground Subdivision, HMA patching, leveling and resurfacing. Porter Rd and Magnolia Rd: The project consist of 3.2 miles of HMA patching, HMA leveling and Double Service Treatment with sand seal and striping with should building and grassing on both sides of roadway as needed. Fair Ground Circle and Carnival Dr.: The project consists of 0.9 miles of HMA patching and HMA resurfacing with should building and grawssing on both sides of roadway as needed.
