Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Short-term Acute Crisis Stabilization Services to the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
This eRFQ serves to increase short-term acute crisis stabilization bed capacity for Georgia children and adolescents with acute psychiatric behavioral health needs. This eRFQ may result in multiple awards to qualified Offerors. These statements do not guarantee contracting for any number of hospital beds to successful Offeror(s). DBHDD or its agents will make appropriate referrals of individuals to successful Offeror(s) on as need basis.
