Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Eight (8) Recreation Display/Trophy Cases to Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
Kennesaw State University Department of Sports and Recreation is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Eight (8) Floor-Standing Wall Display/Trophy Cases - Outer Diameters: 72Hx48Wx18"D, Base 6"H; 4 Acrylic Shelves per unit; Ebony Reconstituted Deck and Slatwall; Stainless Steel Base; Extra-thick 3/8" museum-quality acrylic vitrine with bubble-free edges; Vitrine secures to the slatwall panel with screws to prevent tampering and damage.The display/trophy cases with shelves do not require lighting but must have clear tops and clear/glass/acrylic shelving to allow the ceiling lighting to pass through the entire case.   The display cases should be of ¿Store or Shop¿ quality.
All questions must be submitted in writing by 4:00 PM on February 12, 2024.  Responses to written questions will be posted by 4:00 PM on February 19, 2024. Only electronic proposals submitted via the eSource system on the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) by the closing deadline as posted on the GPR will be considered. No emailed or faxed bid responses will be accepted. KSU reserves the right to request further documents. Restrictions on Communicating with Staff: Suppliers are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named herein. Contract is anticipated to begin on or about April 1, 2024.
