Description


KMAS is seeking a highly qualified, fully licensed, and responsible Contractor to provide Security Guard Services with experience with K-12 public schools comparable to KMAS. Services shall be provided for various KMAS locations and facilities. The Offeror shall impress upon its personnel that their primary duty and responsibility is to safeguard the property of KMAS. The Offeror must demonstrate alignment to our core values, mission and vision. Awarded Contractor shall furnish all necessary services, management, personnel, training, materials, equipment, uniforms, licenses, forms, printing, phones, and vehicles to perform professional armed/unarmed uniformed security guard services. Qualified security firms must have demonstrated experience with security in educational or governmental facilities. Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated herein. Services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, all other cost and charges, and all things and services necessary to provide Security Guard Services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. There shall be no add-on charges of any kind. Contractor shall provide a firm fixed hourly rate for each Security Guard.

All security personnel must meet the Title 43-Professions and Businesses; Chapter 38-0perators of Private Detective Businesses and Private Security Businesses. (Rules of Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies; Chapter 509).
