Request for Proposals-Design Services for Legacy Park Track & Field Facility, 500 S Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30030

The City is seeking the services of a firm, team, partnership, or joint venture to provide design services for a track & field facility at Legacy Park, Decatur, Georgia.

Improvements may include selective demolition, new competition track and synthetic turf athletic field with bleachers, security and athletic field lighting, field house with restrooms, concessions and storage area, retaining walls, planting of trees and other landscape materials, irrigation, fencing, park furniture, and storm water management. As an alternative to the field house, improvements to the existing gym may be considered. Funding is to be provided by the City of Decatur.
