INSTRUCTIONS

All sealed proposals must be clearly marked “PROJECT MANAGEMENT – RFP 09-06” on its face and submitted by June 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your RFP package to:

Please request proposal documents/specifications and submit questions via e-mail only to Christabel Ghansah at christabel.ghansah@norcrossga.net.

All questions/requests must be submitted via e-mail prior to May 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Q&A will be posted as an addendum on the City of Norcross’ Bid Posting page.

MANDATORY: Pre-Proposal Meeting

All proposers are required to attend the pre-bid meeting on May 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at 345 Lively Avenue, Norcross, GA 30071.

No proposal will be received or accepted after the above-specified date and time of the proposal opening. Proposals submitted after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm.

No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the proposal opening and all proposals shall remain firm during this period.
