Chatham County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for a web-based SaaS Billing software system. The Billing solution for consideration under this RFP will be for Fire Subscription Fee billing and account tracking and should include, but is not limited to the following:

¿ Comprehensive Billing and Accounts Receivable system ¿ Real-time Customer Portal. ¿ Document Management and end -user customizable reporting. ¿ Real-time and daily batch Payment posting. ¿ Customer notification options for e-mail, text, voice mail, letters. ¿ Delinquent account management. ¿ Payment plan options under approved parameters. ¿ Account balance adjustments and status changes. ¿ Auto-bots automation of routine operations such as billing, delinquency management actions, and report generation.
