The Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District (GPCID) Board of Directors is seeking a professional contractor to provide security guard/patrol services for the District. Pending approval by the GPCID Board of Directors, it is anticipated that the effective date of this agreement would be June 1, 2024. Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., April 1, 2024 in the GPCID offices at 3700 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 680, Duluth, GA 30096. Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.
