The proposing contractors shall perform required emergency services repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspection of all electrical systems to ensure their continual readiness for operations as well as meeting all federal, state and local regulatory preventative maintenance reporting requirements. DOA¿s mandatory annual PM, testing and reporting is required for submission to DOA¿s Environmental Division environmental permitting.
