Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Public Relations Agency of Record to the Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State).
The Robinson College is seeking proposals to establish a contract with a qualified partner who will provide marketing and branding for the college to support our communication efforts around our brand as well as for our programs. The primary goals are to increase brand awareness and increasing recruitment/enrollment of students in graduate programs and graduate certificates, primarily, with a secondary emphasis on undergraduate programs.
