Baldwin County is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all necessary service and materials for the construction of twenty (20) new pickleball courts with the dimensions of twenty feet by forty-four feet (20' X 44') and two (2) tennis courts with the dimensions thirty-six feet by seventy-eight feet (36' x 78') at Baldwin County's Walter B Williams Park, 59 W 22 Hwy, Milledgeville, GA 31061. Twelve (12) pickle ball courts will be on one side of an area that is fenced off currently and measures 120 feet x 200 feet. Eight (8) pickle ball courts and two (2) tennis courts will be constructed on the other fenced in area that also measures 120 feet x 200 feet. This area will need to be lengthened.
