Sealed bids will be received by the City of Valdosta at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall Annex Building, 300 N. Lee Street, Valdosta, Georgia, until 10:00 AM, Local Time, on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 for the construction of road widening and reconfigurations, driveways, crosswalks, traffic signs and signals at the intersection, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of installing new traffic signal and support poles, pavement, new turn lanes, curb and gutter, storm drainage, removal & replacement of driveways, traffic signs, record drawings, traffic control, grassing, erosion control, and other related work.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Engineering Department office, 300 N. Lee Street, Valdosta, Georgia. No one will be allowed to sign in after 10:00 AM.

The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
