Submittal Criteria
The City of Perry, Georgia (¿City¿) is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for
the purchase of a Pumper Apparatus for the Fire Department. The Apparatus should meet the
specifications of Exhibit A ¿Pumper Specifications¿ attached to this document. The approved
vendor will also provide and install all equipment listed in Exhibit B ¿Equipment Specifications¿
attached to this document. Any proposed variances from the equipment listing must be provided.
The proposals will be evaluated based on objective criteria by a selection committee comprised of
appropriate City staff. Responses to this RFP should clearly address/include the following:
a. Completed ¿Pumper Specifications¿ form (Exhibit A)
i. Detailed listing of any variances from the specifications must be included
b. Ability to provide and install equipment specified in Exhibit B ¿Equipment
Specifications¿
c. Spec sheet/manufacturers promotional material of the proposed apparatus
d. Cost estimate for the proposed apparatus
i. All delivery fees should be included in cost estimate
ii. An allowance should be included for the installation of shelving in unit
compartments. This item will be finalized during post-submittal evaluation
iii. An allowance of $80,000 should be included for provision and installation
of all equipment listed in Exhibit B ¿Equipment Specifications.¿ This item
will be finalized during post-submittal evaluation
