Sealed proposals will be rec’d by Carroll Co. Water Authority (CCWA) until 2:00 pm EDT on May 11, 2023, at which time & place they will be publicly opened & read, for the construction of the 0.5 MG Holly Springs Rd. & Hog Liver Rd. elevated storage tanks to include site work, yard piping, foundation, & misc. electrical work. Work to be let under 1 Contract if award is made. Owner reserves the right to select Bid in Owner’s best interest.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal & having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of GA & listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of 5% of the Bid. Performance & Payment Bonds & evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.

Drawings & specifications are available at Engineer’s office, Dodge Data & Analytics, Isqft & CMD Group. Complete sets of electronic bid documents are available for download through QuestCDN using the Reference Quest No. 8463414. To be considered a plan holder, Bidders must register with QuestCDN.com for a free regular membership and download the bid documents for a $22 fee. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by Engineer. Bidder shall clearly display current license no. on outside of sealed bid envelope. Owner reserves the right to reject any/all proposals & waive technical errors if in Owner’s best interest.
