Description
The Department of Finance – Office of Revenue is seeking to explore the concept of an external collection service agency to assist in the collection of delinquent accounts on behalf of the City. Our goal is to obtain an experienced and effective financial revenue collection agency that will minimize City cost, maximizes the use of available technology, provide excellent customer service, and perform thorough and complete collection services.
