The Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS), State Adoption Unit is requesting proposals for Wait No More Adoption Services for child-specific recruitment as required by the Adoption and Safe Families Act PL 105-89. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified vendor to enhance recruitment efforts by registering and updating profiles and pictures on the State's photolisting website, providing follow-up to inquirers from the website, and conducting child-specific recruitment events. The website contains photos and well-written narrative descriptions of children who are in the permanent custody of DHS and are eligible for adoption. The successful supplier will be required to adhere to federal guidelines regarding child-specific recruitment of waiting children.
