Description
Sealed proposals from Contractors will be received by the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, Owner, at 310 Broad Street, Mount Vernon, Georgia, in the conference room, until 2:00 PM at the
time legally prevailing in Mount Vernon, Georgia on November 15, 2022 for the construction of the “MONTGOMEY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS", located in Mount Vernon, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the proposals will be publicly opened
and read. A statement of bidder’s qualifications is required with each proposal.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and informalities, to retain discretion in adoption of alternates and to re-advertise.
Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of SP Design Group, Architects and Engineers, 5191 Columbus Road, Macon, Georgia 31206. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents electronically, in pdf format, by emailing Robert Day, project architect, at bday@spdesigngrp.com and asking for the documents. There will be no charge. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be issued.
The project site shall be available on October 25, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for bidders and sub-bidders to examine. The project is located at 208 East Broad Street, Mount Vernon, GA 30445. Note that this is the sheriff’s
office and do not try to tour the building without prior approval.
