1.1.        Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued by Columbus Technical College to establish a one time purchase with an authorized supplier who will provide Consulab Trainers to the Columbus Technical College (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

Columbus Technical College is seeking a one-time purchase with a supplier that can provide one GM Chevy Cruz Trainer, one 2017 Ford Fusion 2.0L Trainer, and one 2014-2018 Toyota Corolla 1.8L Engine Trainer to work in conjunction with existing equipment for training our students. Substitutions will not be considered for this purchase. Review the Bid Requirements sheet attached to the Comments and Attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this purchase. Suppliers must upload an itemized quote within Team Georgia Marketplace for review and evaluation purposes. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the requested items.
