Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide an Employee Assistance Program to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will provide coverage for 2,625 employees (full-time- 1745 and part-time- 880). Since DNR has offices and facilities across the state, the awarded EAP provider would need to have providers all across the state, making the services more accessible to all of the employees of DNR. The services shall include, but not be limited to, a toll-free 24-hour telephone answering and referral service and face-to-face counseling sessions for employees, their immediate family members, and legal recognized dependents. Prospective bidders must be registered in TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE to view the complete RFQ and attachments, and submit a bid. All bids must be submitted electronically through TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE.

Award shall be made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder meeting specifications.
