Description
The City of Austell is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Construction Firms for the
construction of “HVAC Renovations for: The City of Austell Threadmill Complex.” Proposals and
construction documents will be available from Southern A & E, LLC. Please contact Mr. Glen Pierce at
(770) 819-7777 or gpierce@southernae.com to gain access to the documents.
The City of Austell plans to select the most qualified Construction Firm based on Evaluation Criteria
described in Section F to enter into a contract for the construction for the above referenced project.
