Description
The Clinch County Board of Commissioners (the “CCBOC”) desires to obtain a qualified general contractor to lead a professional team of designers, contractors and other professionals as needed that will “design and build” a proposed Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Headquarters (the “Project”), located on property owned by the CCBOC.
