Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (RFQ is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified suppliers who will provide Chemical Waste Disposal to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Headquarter and six (6) Regional Laboratories (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
This contract will be awarded to the vendor who is able to satisfactorily meet all specifications.
Vendors must address all the specifications listed to be awarded this contract.
No questions other than written will be accepted.
Agency is requesting a one year contract with the option to renew for 4 additional years.
