Description
Sealed qualifications and proposals from General Contractors for Construction Management At-Risk for the construction of additions and renovations to Lakeside High School and Evans High School will be received by the Columbia County School District (CCSD) no later than 2:00 PM on March 2, 2023 at Columbia County School Board 4781 Hereford Farm Road Evans, Georgia 30809.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference February 9, 2023 @ 11:00am at CCSD at 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, Georgia 30809.
Questions due February 17, 2023, before 10:00am.
Final Addenda issued February 24, 2023.
RFP and RFQ Responses due March 2, 2023 @ 2:00pm.
