Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Diploma Printing and Mailing with Digital Diplomas to the University of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
This solicitation will result in the award of an Agency Contract to the responsible and responsive bidder with the highest score with whom UGA is able to reach agreement on terms and conditions. The initial contract period will be for one year with four annual renewals available at UGA's discretion.
