Description
The Columbia County School District(CCSD) is soliciting
competitive bids for multi-purpose copy paper under Request
for Bid (RFB) HC-03-28-2023A.
Bids are due no-later-than March 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Order(s) would be placed before the end of April, 2023.
Delivery to be finished by the end of June 2023 (as per schedule by Warehouse Manager).
The contract is for “Dock” delivery to the CCSD warehouse located at 1741 Blanchard Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813 (Warehouse) 2-3 trailers per week the month of June 2023. Final dates and times of deliveries to be
provided by Warehouse Manager.
All Multi-Purpose Copy Paper shall be 500-sheets per ream, 10-reams per case, 40-cases per pallet. All reams shall be mill-wrapped.
Current estimated quantity is greater than 6,720 cases.
