ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed lump sum proposals are requested by Gwinnett County Board of Education from general contractors previously approved through the Owner's pre-qualification process for construction of ***ARCHER CLUSTER MIDDLE SCHOOL - LAN*** Proposals will be received by the ***GWINNETT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, 53 GWINNETT DRIVE, LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA, 30045, BUILDING C CONFERENCE ROOM*** at ***4:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, TUESDAY, MARCH 26, 2024*** at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the above time is called will be returned. Fax transmittals and e-mails of bid form/proposal shall not be accepted by the Owner. No phones will be available.
