Description
The Bulloch Cnty BOC is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide land valuation svcs. Interested proposers must be included on the GDOT Prequalification List for providing Land Valuation Svcs. as of the submission deadline. The submission deadline for receipt of all submissions is 11:00 AM (EST), Thurs, 03/07/2024, where they will be recorded as received. Prospective firms shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed. No faxes or emails accepted. A RFP package may be requested by emailing the Bulloch Cnty Purchasing Mgr, Faye Bragg, at fbragg@bullochcounty.net, retrieving a copy form the County¿s website: https://bullochcounty.net/procurement/, or Georgia Procurement Registry website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. Firms are responsible for the actual delivery of submittals during normal business hours to the Purchasing Manager, Bulloch County Board of Commissioners,115 N Main St., Statesboro GA 30458. An original proposal along with three (3) copies and a digital copy on a thumb drive must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. No vendor¿s conference is scheduled. The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the wording: RFP: 0016632 Bulloch S&S Greenway Phase 3, Competitive Negotiations for Land Valuation Services; Due Date: March 7, 2024 @ 11:00 AM (EST); Attn: Faye Bragg, Bulloch County Purchasing Manager. The contact person for this RFP is Faye Bragg, Purchasing Manager. Explanation(s) desired by Firm(s) regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP must be requested from the contact person, in writing by e-mail (fbragg@bullochcounty.net).
